The builder, Stu McGowan, is a local Burlingtonian with deep roots in and a true love of Burlington.  He like many others, works hard to keep this city as ‘livable’ as it is nationally recognized to be.  These condo projects represent one way to help people find an affordable way to live and own a home near downtown Burlington, and subsequently contribute to the city in those ways that homeowners do.

He stands behind his work, and will offer a 6 month warranty on that work – he’s right around the corner and won’t be ‘missing in action’ if the need arises. Stu is available to meet with the prospective owners to do a walk through – before you write up a contract!  He will obviously be in tune with any issues a home inspector uncovers, though given the scope of work put into each home, not much should surprise us.

The Burlington Community Land Trust has been receptive to these condos, and may offer you an excellent opportunity to get into a home – check them out. We’re working closely with VHFA and to date, these condo projects have been approved as we submit them.
